The very nature of Executive Coaching is focused on the needs of the individual within the context of their organisation or the needs of the wider ecosphere. Therefore, all our Executive Coaching programmes are tailored to your needs. Each programme combines structured sessions with flexibility to address emerging priorities, ensuring relevance and impact throughout the journey. Our approach blends practical tools, reflective exercises and real-world application to create lasting behavioural change and measurable outcomes.

Programme 1: Executive Transition

Designed for Leaders moving into new or expanded roles. Focus areas include leadership presence, relationship management and establishing influence in complex environments.

Delivery: 6 sessions across 4–6 months

Programme 2: Strategic Leadership

Aimed at experienced executives seeking to elevate strategic thinking, decision making and resilience. Supports sustainable performance and balance whilst navigating senior leadership pressures.

Delivery: 8 sessions across 6 months

Programme 3: Women in Leadership

Designed to support female leaders in building confidence, visibility and authentic influence. Focus areas include navigating organisational dynamics, building confidence whilst developing a strategic and authentic voice and increasing leadership impact.

Delivery: 6 sessions across 4–6 months

Programme 4: Commercial Leadership

Aimed at leaders seeking to strengthen commercial acumen, value creation and the ability to grow sustainable business. Modules include market opportunity, building solid relationships and stakeholder engagement.

Delivery: 6 sessions across 4 months

Programme 5: Transition from Technical Expert to Business Leader

Designed for leaders stepping beyond functional or specialist expertise into broader business and people leadership roles. Focus areas include shifting mindset from “expert” to “generalist”, developing strategic perspective, influencing across diverse stakeholder groups and leading high-performing teams.

Delivery: 6–8 sessions across 6 months

Team Coaching Programmes

Team Coaching Programmes

Each team is unique in its strengths and weaknesses; in the context it sits within and the area it focuses on. Our programmes are bespoke, so they can be designed to meet both the wider organisational needs and the individual team goals. We work closely with leaders to diagnose team dynamics and tailor interventions that build trust, clarity and collaboration. The aim is to create a culture where teams thrive, adapt quickly and deliver exceptional results.

Programme 1: High Performing Teams

Designed for teams that are already performing well. A development journey designed to transform these teams into cohesive, high-performing groups. Focus areas include shared purpose, effective communication, accountability, an agreed focus point or team charter and building mutual respect.

Delivery: a mix of 1–2–1 coaching sessions and workshops over 6 months

Programme 2: Team Accelerator

Designed as a fast-paced, focused session for teams seeking clarity, alignment and momentum to reach a specific conclusion. An immersive one-day workshop helps teams to rapidly establish shared priorities, strengthen collaboration and agree on practical next steps. Focus areas can include purpose and goals, ways of working, how to make quick decisions and being ‘in it’ together.

Delivery: 1-day facilitated workshop with pre-workshop 1–2–1 discovery sessions

Programme 3: Cross-Functional Collaboration

For leadership or project teams working across boundaries, functional areas or silos. Designed to enhance alignment, communication and shared ownership when navigating complex stakeholder environments. Focus areas include an emphasis on trust, psychological safety, clarifying roles and interdependencies and managing complexity to accelerate positive outcomes.

Delivery: a combination of 1–2–1 coaching, smaller group coaching and alignment and full group workshops

Programme 4: One Team Integration

When teams are brought together through mergers or acquisitions, where alignment, cultural understanding and shared direction are essential. Designed to accelerate trust and the creation of a shared new identity whilst being respectful of the positive, unique strengths of the teams and individuals. Helping teams move through the ‘forming, storming, norming, performing’ cycle as quickly as is possible. Building collective commitment and focus on future goals.

Delivery: series of facilitated workshops, team discussions and leader alignment sessions over 4–6 months
